Melissa Ludzack, M.A., ALMFT
Melissa Ludzack received her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Wheaton College Graduate School. Previously, Melissa completed her B.A. in Pre-Counseling from Moody Bible Institute. She remains an active member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy in order to remain connected to current trends and new research in the field. Melissa is committed to helping individuals, couples, and families learn new ways of communicating and being with one another.
Melissa is devoted to creating a safe environment for all people, as she believes it is relationships with self and others that brings about true healing and change. Her previous experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families in both community mental health and private practice settings. Melissa specializes in working with distressed couples, adolescents with depression and/or anxiety, and family issues. She especially enjoys working with adolescents, knowing the difficulties that arise as they grow and develop while simultaneously continue to move forward in their lives. She is passionate about working with men and women experiencing difficult life transitions, trauma, grief, and individuals overcoming eating disorders. Melissa relies on Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family systems in order to walk with individuals as they navigate difficult circumstances.
Melissa is an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works out of the St. Charles office.
