Lindsay Jackson received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Wheaton College Graduate School. She also holds an M.A. in Christian Formation and Ministry from Wheaton College, with a focus specific on ministry with children and families. Prior to entering graduate school, Lindsay completed her Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Lindsay believes in the healing power of relationships and has witnessed first-hand how engaging people in business, ministry, and counseling has influenced them to enjoy their lives more fully.
Lindsay’s areas of clinical interest include working with children, adolescents and young adults, with couples struggling to connect or communicate with one another, and with families experiencing distress. Lindsay has compassion for understanding adolescents who are struggling to navigate all of the unique changes and struggles that are often present during these pivotal years. Lindsay is also very interested in walking alongside men and women who are experiencing the weight of anxiety and depression and are looking for someone who will understand the hidden part of the heaviness they carry. When couples or families experience difficulties, Lindsay is interested in working collectively with families to assist them in restoring predictability and order in their life. Whether Lindsay is working individually or with a group a people in a family, she will provide support and guidance as they strive to address challenges they encounter.
Prior to beginning work as a therapist, Lindsay lived and worked in downtown Chicago for Nuveen Investments. Lindsay believes that her range of educational and professional work has prepared her to have a deep passion for learning with and from people. She is extremely curious and hopes to have the opportunity to hear your story.
