Jessica also worked for several years at Tri-City Family Services in Geneva, Illinois, where she provided crisis intervention work and intensive follow-up services for children and families in the midst of crisis.

Areas of interest include the treatment associated with the management of spectrum disorders such as AD/HD, autism, and Asperger’s disorder, life transition issues, divorce recovery, grief and loss issues, women’s issues, attachment disorders, anxiety and depression, issues related to children and parenting, work with survivors of trauma, and anger-management for children, teens, and adults. Jessica believes strongly in utilizing supports already present in the community; she is experienced at working together with schools, the judicial system, and other health care professionals to assist children and families in recovering from trauma.
