Our Associate Staff Program

All our clinical staff go through our Associate Staff Program on their way to becoming Senior Staff. This program lasts for at least a year and is organized to help our therapists develop all that is necessary for a successful career in our communities.

More specifically, we have been polishing this one-of-a-kind process over the last 15 years aiming to fill in some of the gaps in graduate training especially around the non-clinical issues that impact what we do. Issues like:

  • establishing and maintaining excellent community relations,

  • understanding how mental health fits into the emerging health care system as is continues to morph,

  • balancing life and work so we can thrive for a whole career, personally and professionally.

We use this program as a means to helping clinicians establish the good habits that will serve them for the rest of their professional careers.

Generally this program requires that the therapist be licensed prior to joining us.

We currently provide the following benefits for our Associate and Senior Staff

  • An "Income Stabilization Plan" that provides a modest but stable salary from day one

  • A partially subsidized group health insurance program, currently with BCBS

  • A retirement benefit program

  • Paid malpractice insurance for your work at CCC

  • A comprehensive supervision and business mentoring program that is second to none
