Michelle Bidwell, Psy.D.
Michelle Bidwell completed her graduate training at Nova Southeastern University in south Florida, where she completed both her Doctor of Psychology degree and her M.S. degree in Clinical Psychology. She completed her undergraduate training at the University of Central Florida.
Michelle has provided clinical services in a variety of settings, including outpatient counseling, residential, and day treatment facilities. Her clinical experience includes therapy with all age ranges. She has particularly extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and their families with a variety of behavioral and emotional difficulties (depression, trauma, Attention—Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, pervasive developmental disorders such as Autism and Aspergers, conduct problems, anxiety, self-harm behaviors and anger issues). She is also interested in working with individuals who struggle with eating disorders. Michelle has led group therapy for adults and children in the areas of anger management, social skills, and process groups.
Michelle also enjoys conducting psychological testing to help clients and clinicians develop a better understanding of issues that are at hand. Michelle will be working out of the St. Charles office.
