Kristi Finn, M.A., LCPC

 

Kristi Finn is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, who is passionate about providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults to assist in building the necessary skills to improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication, and facilitate positive life change.

 

Kristi obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology at Saint Xavier University in Chicago, Illinois and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in Chicago, Illinois.

 

Kristi has experience providing individual, group and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient programs, as well as community mental health centers.   Kristi enjoys utilizing her training on attachment and brain development to assist individuals in coping with the effects of trauma, loss, divorce, disrupted attachments, adoption, depression, and anxiety.  Kristi strives to help individuals and couples establish and maintain healthy relationships, as well as and strengthen their ability to cope with stressful life events. 

 

Areas of interest include adoption issues, trauma recovery, parenting and family issues, behavior management, anxiety and depression.  Kristi works out of the Sandwich Office.
